Throughout his career, Mahesh has held high-impact roles, demonstrating a deep understanding of technology and innovation. Sangeeta Arali (Co-Founder)
Sangeeta Arali is an accomplished technology leader with over 15 years of experience in the software industry. She is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at algorithms365, where she leverages her extensive expertise to drive innovation and deliver high-impact solutions. Sangeeta’s entrepreneurial spirit led her to co-found algorithms365, furthering her commitment to developing cutting-edge software products.
Her professional journey includes a distinguished tenure at Microsoft, Infosys, and PCT. Sangeeta’s core strengths lie in her problem-solving skills and her ability to streamline processes. She has worked across multiple technologies and languages throughout her career, with extensive experience as a full-stack engineer. Her expertise spans desktop applications, web applications, services, microservices, data analytics, and building data pipelines.
Sangeeta’s technical proficiency, combined with her leadership abilities, has made her a driving force in the industry, consistently delivering innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of the market.
Sushilkumar Khelgi (Co-Founder)
Sushilkumar Khelgi is a highly skilled Data Scientist and Business Analyst with extensive expertise in Business Intelligence and Decision Support Systems. With a robust background in various BI Tools, Data Warehousing Tools and Reporting Tools. He excels in Data Transformation and Reporting.
Sushilkumar has successfully led multiple projects with prominent multinational corporations, including EDS, TCS, Capgemini, Persistent, CSC and DXC. His work with high-profile clients such as Morgan Stanley, ABN AMRO, RBS, KRONOS, Dnata, Flydubai and Emirates Airlines; demonstrates his ability to deliver impactful solutions.
His experience spans across diverse domains such as Banking, Finance, Airlines and Product Development. He is proficient in managing Big Data Technologies, SAP DW/BI/HANA, ETL Tools, Data Lake and Databases.
Santosh Magadum (Co-Founder)
Santosh Magadum is an engineer by profession and a teacher by passion. With nearly 15 years of experience in this noble field, he is deeply committed to education. Driven by the philosophy, “If you know it, teach it,” Santosh found his true calling in Mathematics, a subject he considers his first love.
His journey took a significant turn when he was inspired by Mahesh Arali, the CEO and founder of algorithms365. Believing in Mahesh’s vision and the core values of algorithms365, Santosh joined the team as an Educator. He regards Mahesh as his mentor and fully supports his mission to make algorithms365 a premier platform for teaching various skills in a language that everyone can understand.
Throughout his career, Santosh has positively impacted the lives of nearly 5,000 students, and he eagerly anticipates inspiring many more through his unique teaching approach at algorithms365.
